Obama birthplace lawyer lashes out at court

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz has filed a fiery motion to revive her dismissed lawsuit challenging the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency. The documents filed with federal District Judge David O. Carter’s Santa Ana court include allegations that a Carter law clerk previously worked for a law firm defending Obama, and that that clerk wrote most of Carter’s ruling dismissing Taitz’s suit.
That suit sought to prove that Obama was born in Kenya and so does not meet the qualifications to be president. Carter’s Oct. 29 ruling said that removal of a president is, by the authority of the Constitution, a matter for Congress, not the courts.
In his ruling, Carter repeatedly chastised Taitz. At one point, he complains that she had her followers contact the court in an effort to sway his opinion, and at another point, he says he’s received several affidavits from witnesses who say that Taitz asked them to lie to the court.
Taitz denied both points in her filing.
I’ve obtained two of the affidavits from those witnesses, and communicated with those witnesses, one of whom claims to have been Obama’s homosexual lover and another of whom claims to have Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. I’ll be posting more about that later.

Federal law clerks normally draft opinions for judges, depending on the significance of the case and the complexity of the issues. Routine issues, like motions to dismiss for instance, are often handled by clerks that will draft a skeleton ruling for the judge. I don’t know how Carter handles it, but my guess is he probably handled this trash on his own.
They might write a draft, but they don’t make the decision. Orly is accusing the judge of letting the clerk make the decision.

A few suggestions - what about local politics - or CA politics - I’m sure there is enough to report to why our legislature is refusing to balance a budget - or why our schools lack funding - and why Sacramento bought 60 Prius - to be remodeled to plug in electric cars -and up to now just standing around - because there is no money to do that?

1) vetting appointments and staff members. – This has got to be, by far the biggest expense involved, but no the only one.
2) reviewing submissions to the FEC,
3) closing out campaign office leases, leasing temporary offices in DC (remember? Bush wouldn’t let anyone in)
4) legal review of policies and plans. (someone had to do basic legal review on proposed policies before he was sworn in) and yes
5) nuisance suits. Between November 5, 2007 and November 4, 2008, 31 lawsuits were filed in federal court against John McCain, and 38 suits against Barack Obama. Between November 5 and January 20, 22 suits were filed against Barack Obama and 8 against John MaCain. Most of these were frivolous nuisance suits, and only a few were birther related.

The papers as best evidence this attorney is holding and attempting to have entered into the court record is all real and it will blow the top off the suppression of information regarding the true birth place of Barak Obama. Three village elders in Kenya gave sworn statements that they were tere the day Obama was born in a small hut in their African village. Obama’s father brought the baby out to show the villagers and then held him up to dedicate him to their god. The village had a large celebration and the Chief blessed the baby and anointed him with oil and face paint. He was not circumcised because African boys do that when they enter manhoof at 15 years.
The three witnesses were all interviewed separately, on camera and separate voice recorder with hundreds of village and Kenyan government witnesses. A short time later when the witnesses were to return to their village they were diverted to the capitol to see the president Mwai Kabaki. They were out of contact with their families for three days and it was only while they were driven home they were given access to a satellite phone and they were able to talk with family members.
They spoke of being escorted into a building where several Americans were present none of whom were White. Before they arrived at their village the cars the women were in were diverted three different directions andonly two made it back that day. All the women had legal briefs and restraining orders compelling them to remain forever silent on what they knew about Obama or they would be imprisoned and their families left destitute. Two agreed but the third refused because she felt the truth had to be told and she did not arrive back home for another 48 hours.
When she arrived she was calm and smiling as though all pressure had been lifted from her shoulders as she hugged her friends and families. The two other women went to her home and were visibly nervous but they thought all was fine. When they walked into the woman’s house they were horrified and one broke into tears as the other collapsed to the floor. It was then that they both saw what others thought was a small bruise on her forehead. It was actually the wound from the government forced frontal lobotomy which wiped out the woman’s forontal cortex where memory resides and it was obvious it was done to keep her silent and if she did talk it would be something to show the woman was actually crazy and could not be trusted.
With all the craziness surrounding Obama’s birth place arguments and the power involved and all the political intrigue involved in this story, it is going to be just as horrible as all the untimely deaths of all the associates of Bill and Hillary Clinton. People will start to disappear, men in black will be knocking on doors, children will be brainwashed with secret chemicals so that no one will ever question Obama’s birth place again. When enough people start dying and going missing because the media will be fed so much information to assist in their power sharing grip on all information in America, no one will question anything about Barak Obama again. Ever!
If you have read all of this I hope you will form your own opinions and do your own research to come to your own conclusions. I’ve done mine and I decided that what I had to say must be said. Now, then again, if you actually ever believed one letter, syllable or word of any of this you need to reassess your own mental health. One universal point most all early publicists agreed on was natural-born citizen must mean one who is a citizen by no act of law. If a person owes their citizenship to some act of law (naturalization for example), they cannot be considered a natural-born citizen. Under the laws of nature, every child born requires no act of law to establish the fact the child inherits through nature his/her father’s citizenship as well as his name (or even his property) through birth. The advantages of Natural Law is competing allegiances between nations are avoided, or at least with those nations whose custom is to not make citizens of other countries citizens without their consent. Any alternations or conflicts due to a child’s natural citizenship are strictly a creature of local municipal law. In the year 1866, the United States for the first time adopted a local municipal law under Sec. 1992 of U.S. Revised Statutes that read: “All persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are declared to be citizens of the United States.”
Rep. John A. Bingham commenting on Section 1992 said it means “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))
Bingham subscribed to the same view as most everyone in Congress at the time that in order to be born a citizen of the United States one must be born within the allegiance of the Nation. Bingham had explained years earlier that to be born within the allegiance of the United States the parents, or more precisely, the father, must not owe allegiance to some other foreign sovereignty (remember the U.S. abandoned England’s “natural allegiance” doctrine). This of course, explains why emphasis of not owing allegiance to anyone else was the affect of being subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

To this day I remain baffled and somewhat dumbstruck by the complacency of the public, the mainstream media, Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court for their willingness to dismiss challenges to President Barack Obama’s (aka Barry Soetoro) natural born U.S. citizen status.
Yes, the election is over, and yes, I acknowledge that nothing likely will ever come of this, but it astounds me that we are in month nine of Obama, yet his eligibility to serve as president remains unresolved.
The majority of challenges to Obama’s natural-born status revolve around the fact he has refused to release his original, long-form, vaulted birth certificate.
The only document he has made available is a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth. This abbreviated form does not indicate the hospital where Obama was born, nor does it include the name of the attending physician or midwife. There is no official signature of any kind verifying its accuracy.
The form also has a revision date of November 2001 and is computer generated, which clearly demonstrates that it is not the original document of his birth.
In addition, there is the oft-overlooked deposition from his paternal African grandmother who stated that she was present at his birth in (what is now) Kenya.
Obama has spent upward of $1.4 million in attorney fees ensuring that the original document of his birth never sees the light of day. Why do most of us not find this alarming and why haven’t we, as a nation, demanded the truth?

In the interest of conserving internet bandwidth, I respectfully suggest that you organize your standard boiler-plate non-sensical screeds by numbers, such as:
(1) Obama is not a citizen.
(1a) Obama is not a natural-born citizen.
(1b) Obama is a dual citizen.
(2) Obama is spending $20 trillion hiding his birth certificate.
(2b) Obama doesn’t have a BC, so he forged one.
(2c) Obama has a Kenyan BC.
(2d) Obama has a Canadian BC.
(3) Obama is a liar and a fraud (saying it makes it so).
(3a) Obama is a Socialist.
(3b) Obama is a Communist.
(3c) Obama is a Fascist.
(3d) Obama is a satanist that kills kittens.
(4) Obama is the first person in history to use a teleprompter.
(5) Obama uses AF1, Camp David and other perks of office.
(6) Obama is destroying the Constitution.
(7) Obama won’t show his fourth-grade essays–he has them still.
Add to the list to suit your fancy, and when you want to post one of your boilerplate screeds, just say, for instance: No.1, or No.1 and 5, or No. 3a, 3d and No. 1b. Since we all have heard them before, we would be able to associate a particular raving to the number posted.
It’s a win-win-win scenario. You save typing, blogs save bandwidth, and everyone automatically speed reads your rant.
You forgot;
(8) Obama is “scrubbing” juan’s postings.
(9) Obama lobotomizes Kenyan witnesses to his birth.
I am a Japanese journalist who attempted to do an article about Mr. Sinclair but he demanded nearly 10 thousand USD up front. I looked into some of his claims but stopped after he told me he was dying of a brain tumour. Later I heard that he was miraculously cured. Maybe the real Larry Sinclair has died and was replaced by an even larger stinking turd of a liar…Is not anything possible because I write it so on the internets?
