Dismissal of Obama birthplace lawsuit argued

The issue of whether Barack Obama’s birthplace and legitimacy as president deserves to go to trial was argued this morning in Santa Ana, with no immediate ruling by U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter.
The three-hour hearing included allegations - but not evidence - that Obama was actually born in Kenya, that he has used 39 Social Security numbers, and that Congress is too corrupt to properly address the legitimacy of the presidency.
However, the pertinent issue is the dismissal motion filed by the U.S. attorneys defending Obama was whether the court - and not Congress - is the proper venue for challenging the president’s legitimacy and, to a lesser extent, whether the plaintiffs were in fact harmed and have cause to bring the suit.
Gary Kreep, who along with Mission Viejo’s Orly Taitz is representing the plaintiffs, said the nature of Carter’s questions to attorneys on both sides lessened his confidence that the judge would allow the case to go to trial.
Carter did not say when he expected to issue a decision. Kreep said he thought Carter would issue a decision later this week. Similar lawsuits have been thrown out of at least two other federal courts.
Key to the defense motion for dismissal was the argument that the U.S. Constitution provides only Congress and the Electoral College with the authority to remove a sitting president from office.
“It would be disastrous if a single circuit court judge had the power to remove a president from office,” said Assistant United States Attorney Roger West.
Taitz argued that there are so few official checks on a candidate’s birthplace that “Osama bin Laden can be on your next presidential ballot and not one judge or official would stop him. He could bring $1 billion from Saudi Arabia and be elected.”
She alleged that Obama is has used 39 different Social Security numbers, most often using one of a man born in 1890. And she said she had no confidence that Congress would address her allegation that Obama was born abroad and so could not be president.
“We know how corrupt Congress is,” she said. “If we had a video of a group of Kenyan doctors surrounding Barack Obama at birth, speaking Swahili, they’d all find that this was insufficient evidence.”
Taitz then recounted growing up in the U.S.S.R, seeming to imply that the court’s failure to hear the case would be an abuse of justice akin to that seen under Joseph Stalin.
“(Defense attorneys) have no clue what disaster is,” she said. “I grew up in a country where nobody could challenge action as violating their constitutional rights against people like Stalin. The courts were just puppets of the regime.
“From the moment Mr. Obama began running, from the moment he opened his mouth, I knew where this was going,” she said. “I hope you will not take from my clients, from the American people, their constitutional rights.”
Carter spent most of his time trying to root out the merits of the both sides’ arguments, but he did make several comments in response to some of Taitz’s more flamboyant statements and activities - including the implication that he might be getting pressure from the powers that be to rule against her.
Carter pointed out that Taitz has posted on her Web site a note encouraging supporters to call Carter and ask that he back their cause. He said his office receives 40 to 100 such calls a day.
“If there’s any inappropriate pressure, it’s coming from that,” he said, asking her to stop it. “That’s not the America I grew up in, where we hear both sides and judge cases on their merits…. Regardless, the vast majority of the people I know who have run for government office are honest and ethical.”
Carter also broached the idea that being born in the U.S. might not necessarily be requirement to be president. The definition of “natural-born citizen” has been the source of debate. Presidential candidate John McCain was determined to be qualified because he was apparently born on a U.S. military installation in Panama.
“What if (McCain’s) mother had been in transit to West Germany and he had been born prematurely” in flight? Carter proposed. “How can you take the child of an American mother and say he can’t run for president.”
No one has questioned reports that Obama’s Kansas-born mother was an American citizen.

“Why am I going outside of my country for documents?” Carter asked. “I always thought our records and our country was to be emulated. These birth documents from Kenya are controversial.”
Kreep argued that the court should take up the issue because the Electoral College “is not doing the job they once did” and because, he said, there was no provision for Congress to examine verification of the president’s birth certificate.
U.S. attorneys also argued that the clients of Taitz and Kreep - mostly members of the military and third-party presidential and vice presidential candidates - had not suffered any injury by Obama’s presidency, and so had no standing to bring the lawsuit.
Taitz argued that her military clients should not be forced to deploy if the commander in chief does not hold that position legitimately. Kreep argued that there was no telling what the outcome of the election would have been or the impact third-party candidates would have had if Hillary Clinton had been the Democratic nominee.
Kreep also argued that all taxpayers would be hurt by an illegitimate presidents, since actions taken on their behalf would also be illegitimate.
However, Carter focused more on the the issue of whether the court - rather than Congress - was the proper venue to examine the issue, than on the issue of whether the plaintiffs were adequately injured. Kreep said that was an indication that the venue issue was more likely to decide whether the case would be dismissed.
Kreep also opined that it appeared that Carter had not yet made up his mind on the issue of dismissal.

Why are US attorneys defending Obama in a civil lawsuit? If teh law does not apply to Obama, the laws he passes do not apply to me.

Correct! Remember the first lawyer to file suit in this whole fiasco was Phil Berg…lifelong DEMOCRAT, former DEMOCRATIC Depty AG of Pennsylvania. And a HILLARY CLINTON supporter. What law did he break?
He was born in Hawaii. Even if he had actually been born in Kenya, the simple fact that his mother was a native born US citizen would also make Obama eligible for the presidency as a full US citizen. Stop this ridiculous nonsense, it’s making your party look worse.

Actually, I wish everyone (especially democrats) would stop arguing about this case being a democrat or republican issue; although the result of it could gravely affect either. In stead, remember, the suit(s) are filed based on the grievances of military personnel who question the position of ‘commander in chief’. It is THEIR case, not some right-wing nut job or the republican party.
It’s Republicans. The military personal involved are all Republicans, and they are Republicans who are just using this issue as a way to get out of being deployed. So they aren’t just Republicans–they are cowardly Republicans.

One parent, born in US or Kenya makes you a citizen only.
The constitution only requires natural born for POTUS or VP.

You’ve been reading birther blogs trying to rewrite the Constitution and history. “Natural born” simply means ‘citizen at birth.’ That’s what it meant under British common law, the citizenship laws of the states prior to the Constitution, and that’s what it still means today. Strained attempts to redefine it now, simply as a means to get rid of a President you don’t like, shows how little birthers care for the Constitution they are continually trying to piss all over.

By all indications and coverups it appears he is NOT eligible to be POTUS and therefor lied to the American People and worse those that supported him. With the Kenyan citizenship expired, that leaves only Obama’s US citizenship, based on his birth in Hawaii. As for the Hawaii certificate and registration, the Hawaii Secretary of State has repeatedly attested to the accuracy of the State’s records.

It is much more complicated than that. Obama is not a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States as required by Article II Section I of the United States Constitution. Do you research. It’s all there.
Newsflash. The Constitution does NOT define natural born citizen, US Code TITLE 8; CHAPTER 12; SUBCHAPTER III;Part I ;§ 1401 defines citizenship. I suggest that people who believe the President is not a legitimate research. It only requires that his mother be a US Citizen. He could be born in Hawaii, a US State for those that don’t know and yes it was a state at the time of his birth, or on Jupiter and it would not affect his eligibility, neither does his fathers citizenship. Additionally a child cannot lose his citizenship by living in another country for a period of time. Let’s remember that Sen. McCain was born in Panama; yes he’s still a citizen.

Simple answer: They are involved because the suit involves the President in his official capacity as the holder of the office.
Think about it–
If every single circuit court in America received a lawsuit from one person challenging any sitting President’s right to hold that office, literally THOUSANDS of hours would be spent defending these frivolous lawsuits every day, every year, of every President’s term!!
Is this a good use of taxpayer money? NO!
Is this why our founding fathers created a system of checks and balances in order to establish the election/ impeachment process? YES!

If I met with Barack Obama and he said he would not release his (REAL) long-form birth certificate, then what recourse would I, or all of America have ? This is why this case is being brought forth, to discover whether or not we have an IMPOSTOR in the White House who is out to destroy our nation. The court system is for grievances and discovery. It will be up to Congress to address (as was in WATERGATE) the final validity of this impostor. Now, will our Congress have to be melted down in 2010 to make this happen ? Yes.

He was born in Hawaii, just like it says on his birth certificate and the State of Hawaii has made a statement that this is true. You know that already, you just don’t want to accept it.
Mr. Obama is our President now, just as Mr. Bush was prior to him. While we may not like his policies, I’d hope we’re all mature enough to have some dignity in our opposition.
Yes, the state of Hawaii did state that they saw his birth certificate which makes it a matter of public domain. The state is fighting the release to prove their statement. The Democrat party did not vet Obama in 49 states. Pelosi signed the paper work knowing full well of that situation. No Congress won’t touch it for their political lives would be on the line knowing they lied to the American public.
And I suppose someone went back in time to publish his birth announcement in the Honolulu newspaper? For those that actually believe in this delusional fantasy, I would recommend a regimen of anti-psychotic medication and therapy 2-3 tiimes per week with a good psychiatrist.
Actually, HI officials didn’t say they saw his birth certificate. First they said that they verified that his original birth certificate is on record according to state policies and procedures. So they didn’t say they saw a valid birth certificate; they merely said that he has one.
Fukino later said that she had seen his “vital records” verifying he was born in Hawaii and is a “natural-born American citizen”. She said those vital records are “on file” - totally different words than “on record according to state policies and procedures”.
And Hawaii officials have accidentally ackknowledged that Obama’s birth record has been amended.
My question for anybody who thinks Hawaii has certified Obama’s eligibility: What does “on file” mean? Why won’t the HI Dept of Health tell us what it means, or how it is different from “on record” or “accepted by state registrar”? Why won’t they simply tell us their procedures so we know what the terms exactly mean?
I searched the web all morning looking for the text of Hawaii Administrative Rules Title 11, Chapter 8 - which is being changed right now - impacting two issues, according to an official chart: 1) birth certificates for foreign-born children, and 2) whether the biological parents should be named on a birth certificate if a foreign-born child is adopted in Hawaii. Other sections had links so you could see the text in question. That one was missing. I looked all over the web and couldn’t find it anywhere.
I did see other Hawaii DOH administrative rules regarding if an issue is contested. It said that the date that documents are to be listed as “filed” is the date the DOH received them - even though in those cases the validity of those documents was to be judged in a hearing later. So I strongly suspect that the word “filed” is standard-speak for “received in our office” at the Hawaii DOH.
I also saw that if somebody wanted to change administrative rules (as happened in June regarding birth certificates and COLB’s) there has to be a public hearing, announced in a newspaper ahead of time. I’ve heard nothing about the Hawaii DOH doing that. I’ve written to HI AG Mark Bennett asking what initiated those changes. It’s over 2 months later and he hasn’t answered me. Unless what I was reading has been revised, I strongly suspect that they broke their own open meetings requirements when they secretly changed their policies and procedures.

It does not matter WHERE Obama was born, at birth he was governed by his father’s British ancestry, thus Obama cannot possibly be a “natural born citizen” of the USA. And NO, English common law is not applicable in the USA and it is not the recognized standard or the rule by which American “natural born citizen” status is, was, or ever has been decided. British common law covers SUBJECTS, not CITIZENS. To state otherwise proves a person knows nothing of the law.

Each state has its own set of rules for how it records births and what sort of certificates they provide. Hawaii, in particular does not provide either a ’short’ form or a ‘long’ form. They provide only a ‘certificate of live birth’.

I obtained a new passport at the courthouse in Norwalk in 2005 with a short-form birth certificate (my old one expired in 1966).
It varies from state to state. Hawaii has switched to short-forms only since 2001, and they are certainly accepted for drivers licenses, passports, and even to get into Little League.
The requirements for a passport can’t vary from state to state its a federal document. State…federal.
Wrong. All I have is the Pennsylvania equivalent of the President’s birth certificate, and I had no trouble using it to get a passport in 2001. Have you ever even *tried* to get one, or are you just spouting back unverified talking points?

“Natural born” has meant “citizen at birth” for centuries. That’s what it meant under British common law long before there even was a US of A. That’s what it meant under the citizenship laws of the states prior to the Constitution being ratified.
Different states had different requirements for who was and was not a citizen at birth, but whatever those differing requirements were, if you were a citizen at birth you were a natural born citizen.

This Honolulu Advertiser announcement of Barack Obama’s Aug 4, 1961 birth was published August 13, 1961 on page B-6. It is available only on microfilm in Hawaii libraries. The announcement is 4th from the bottom of the left hand column.
My home town paper has a birth announcement for my child.
My home town is 3500 miles away from the birth place.
Birth announcements are not reliable in a court of law (as we will soon find out)

That document Obama released is not a valid document to prove ones birth because it does not show what is on the original long form birth certificate (vault copy).
It is highly likely that Obama’s birth has never been accepted by the State of Hawaii thus it says “on file”.

The controversy over Barrack Obama birth place has been going on for at least 8 years. It is not new. And Kenyan Government officials apparently claimed Mr Obama was born in Kenya, when Mr Obama first entered politics.

I don’t think impeachment is the remedy. That would involve the Congree and a trial. I think a finding of fact before the supreme court would do it. Actually the attorney general can find the fact under a claim of quo warranto and that would end it all, follow the constitution. I find it interesting that Obama supporters have a difficult time keeping their rebuttals from becoming mean spirited and personal. Instead of debating facts, they just ridicule the person who is making a decent argument.
I think the most obvious and convincing statement to make is that this would never have become an issue if Obama simply allowed the first Court to examine his long form birth certificate and allow his college records to be examined. That he refuses and is willing to fight it with a bevy of lawyers and over a million dollars speaks volumes.
Obama is hiding something … I don’t know what it is …. but that is the most obvious logical reason for continuing this legal battle.

There’s a general rule that applies to almost all the unsubstantiated rubbish one finds on the internet and it applies equally to the birther’s “facts”. Its called the 20/20 rule.
Basically it takes 20 seconds to type something crazy and assert it as a fact without any proof, but in general it will take 20 odd minutes to refute the allegation with actual facts.
For example: Say I know your real name and address BJO and I decide to smear your reputation on the internet, so I leave a post on a website (or create a new website) that says you’re a convicted paedophile who served 10 years in jail, was chemically castrated and are listed as a registered sex offender in 32 states. (Note: I don’t actually provide any facts but if I wanted to go that extra little bit I could forge a court document (or in Obama’s case a Kenyan Birth Certificate).
Now if you choose not to respond to those outrageous allegations then everyone (of birther level intelligence) who reads my post and/or website will assume there must be some truth to the allegations. If you respond with a simple “all these allegations are false” then all those birther level intellectuals (with my subtle encouragement) will start demanding to see actual proof you’re not what has been alleged. After all you simply denying it is not proof.
So now how do you prove my 20 seconds of allegations false, well you probably have to provide links to every States sex offenders register to show you’re not listed on any. Of course I’ll quickly allege you’ve changed your name since your “crimes” or are now using a false SSN (sound familar) so those links are useless. You’ll probably need to demonstrate to my followers how they can search the entire county’s law reports to show you’ve never been convicted of anything I allege etc etc etc.

Well that’s how Obama got elected. Acorn is a prime example. Obama is the king of herd manipulation. Let me try to make this simple, so even a child (or a birther) can understand it:
1. There is no factual merit to this case. Obama has an official document that says he was born in Hawaii. That is prima facie evidence. That means that the burden is on others to disprove it. He doesn’t have to show anything more to get an SSN, passport or to be president. And he isn’t going to show anything more. Unlike the foolish birthers he’s got better thiongs to do. Complain about it all you like, those are the facts.
2.There is no legal merit to this case. The arguments about his father’s citizenship are irrelevant. The US courts have always consiidered anyone born in the US as a full citizen, regardless of their parentage. Anyway, you don’t have to take my word for it. Just think back to the Inauguration. Who swore Obama in? That’s right, John Roberts, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court. In fact he did the oath TWICE. And he knew about Obama’s father, as it was common knowledge, mentioned in Obama’s book and speeches. Now do you think Justice Roberts would have sworn in someone who he didn’t think was eligible for the office? Hardly. So regardless of what Orly Taitz, Leo D’Onofrio or “Fred” above thinks, the Supreme Court doesn”t agree, and it’s their opinion that counts.
3. There is no practical merit to the case. Even if 1 and 2 weren’t true (and they are), there is nothing that any court can do today. The Constitution doesn’t give the courts power to order a do-over of a Presidential election or to remove a President from office. Only Congress can remove a President once he’s taken the oath, through impeachment. You could bring to court a video verified by 20 experts showing Obama being born in Kenya to a French mother and a Chinese father and it wouldn’t matter. There is nothing any court can do even if they agreed with you birthers. And they don’t (see #2 above).
4. Therefore, based on #1-3 above, the birther cases are a complete waste of time. So, I can only conclude that those who continue to pursue them are on a giant ego trip or looking to con money out of gullible suckers, or, likely, both.

1 The “Prima Facie” Certificate of Live Birth evidence is not accepted by the state of Hawaii for proof of birth. Neither is it accepted by the soccer leagues for the Hawaiian kids. It is important to note, Hawaii also issues Certification of Live Births to children born abroad upon the registration by a family member of the birth. A Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth is issued to children who are United States “natural born” citizens as well as “naturalized” citizens, who did not qualify for “natural born” status.
2. The case has merit. The United states consideres many people to be citizens. Not every citizen is a natural born citizen. Yes his father’s citizenship matters. BO was was born with dual citizenship (British from Kenya and US ) If he was born is Kenya, his mother was not of age to transfer US citizenship under US laws. These facts are definitive in compiance with the constitutional eligibility.
3 The constitution doesn’t give a do-over…or does it ? Read the XX amendment with specific reference to eligibility……do-over !!!

1. The form Obama has is the form issued to everyone born in Hawaii. The only exception is for someone applying for status as a native Hawaiian (i.e. someone of Polynesian ancestry) and I don’t think he’s ever claimed that. I can’t speak for soccer leagues (and I doubt you can either) but it will get you a US passport. How do I know? Because my kids birth certificates (from 2 different states) have the same info as Obama’s and they have passports.
As for Hawaii issuing a Certification of Live Birth to a child born abroad, what does it say under “Place of Birth-? It will say whatever foreign location they were born in. What does Obama’s say under “Place of Birth-? It says Honolulu. By the way, Honolulu is in the US.
You lose on that one.
2. You are making an argument as to the relevance of his father’s nationality that has been rejected by every single court. Several birther cases have been appealed to the Supreme Court after being trashed in the lower courts. All were turned down. And remember, Judge Roberts swore Obama in. Obviously the good Justices agree with me and disagree with you and with all due respect, their opinion matters more than yours.
You lose on that one too.
3.Here’s what the 20th Amendment says -
“If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
Note the term “President elect”. Obama is not the President elect, he is the President. The time for the objections under the 20th is between the Electoral College vote and the Inauguration; it doesn’t apply once the term starts. Now, impeachment is the only recourse. And there are no grounds for impeachment, because you would have to prove “high crimes and misdemeanors”. Even if you could prove Obama were ineligible (not a chance), as long as he reasonably believed he was eligible (and based on his Hawaiin b.c. he has every reason to) there is no crime. If he interprets the law differently from you, but the same as the Supreme Court, how is that a crime?
So you lose on that one as well.

Hawaii ran a program issuing Hawaiian Birth Certificates from 1911 to 1972. Hawaiians are cautious not to accept COLBs from that era because they were not verified and issued on a verbal request etc.

This issue has not been adjudicated on the merit. So it was not thrown out on the merit.

1. Occam’s razor. There are 2 possible stories regarding Obama’s birth.:
-his mother gave birth to him in Hawaii where she and her parents lived.
-she got an emergency passport and spent a lot of money for an 18 year old student and spent days and several plane changes travelling to a 3rd world country with meager medical resources in the middle of an insurrection to give birth surrounded by people she had never met. Then she took the newborn baby and did the return trip. The baby had no passport (even babies need passports) so she would have had to smuggle him into the US as well as various countries en route (ever tried smuggling a baby under your clothes-they tend to cry at the worst possible times). Then she lied in order to get a birth certificate registered that showed him born in Hawaii so he could grow up to be President.
Occam’s razor says where 2 possible explanations exist, the simpler one is correct. Since there is no evidence to support the second scenario, the first is correct.

2. Judges have in fact commented at length on the merits. Read Judge Land. Read Robertson in DC. They had a million other grounds on which to dismiss, but they made it crystal clear what they think about the merits. And sorry, it is not bunk that Roberts gave Obama the oath, it is fact. And there is no requirement that the Chief Justice administer the oath; in fact anyone can do it. Several cases prior to the Inaguration had made it to the Court; all were summarily rejected, so the Justices were well aware of the issues. The plain truth is that they simply don’t agree with you, either on the facts or the law.

3. Since you are a stickler for proof, show me actual proof as to how much Obama has spent defending these suits. Not a citation to some web site, but actual documents. As for what you would do if you were sued, I hope you would get competent counsel (definitely NOT Orly Taitz). You might find that they would tell you that it’s the plaintiff’s burden to make their case and that given that the plaintiffs have squat, you should simply move for dismissal. And that seems to be working just fine in Obama’s case, so if it were me, I would do exactly that.

4. As to your outlandish theory about how a President can be removed, once again, let me be a stickler here. Show me a precedent in law or a citation from the Constitution that supports your “theory”. The Constituition provides in the 20th Amendment a path prior to the term of office and in the impeachment powers a remedy during the term of office. The truth is Obama is President whether “bobby” likes it or not and is as legitimate as the other 43 (most of whom had no birth certificate at all). “Natural born” in plain English means “from birth”, as in “a natural born killer” (someone who was a killer from birth) or “a natural born fool” (someone who was a fool from birth). So, there is no mystery at all-”natural born citizen” means one was a citizen from birth. All citizens are either natural born citizens (citizens at birth) or naturalized citizens (acquiring citizenship at a later date). Under the 14th Amendment, anyone born in the US and subject to its jurisdiction-that is anyone born in the US who is not the child of a foreign diplomat with diplomatic immunity-is a citizen from birth, hence a natural born citizen. If you can’t see that simple, plain reality, then I must conclude that you are a natural born fool.

There is a looming Constitutional crisis that is coming, and most are ignorant to what this will do to our Country. I have read many posts that questioned the legal costs to the American tax payers in this upcoming litigation. How absurd it is to mention that when our own National deficit has quadrupled since President Obama has been in office and apparently that is fine to half of us who live here. There is little vocal outcry to the massive spending and waste that will ultimately devaluate our currancy to the point, that every wage earner in this Country will suffer terribly. And the non-wage earners (unemployed) are already suffering through their own tribulations and loss.
Excuses, without understanding and study, is simply defined as the effort of a feeble mind trying to express itself forcibly and without substance. Have any of you noticed this in this blog? And it is said that a high critic (of no true understanding), is one who knows more and more, about less and less, until he knows all there is to know about nothing. But I appreciate all of you patriotic American’s who love your country enough to take a stand for the simple truth no matter what you will have to face.
The only conclusive evidence of a man’s sincerity, is he gives himself to a principle. Words,, money, all else is relatively easy to give away, but when a man makes a daily sacrifice of his life, it is apparent that the truth, or the lack of it, has taken possesion of him.
I stand for truth and our splendid Constitution that guarantees our right to the separation of powers. But I fear this is being nearly destroyed by powers unseen and by those who don’t take the time to even care.
It probably doesn’t matter, but I was a U.S. Marine upholding our freedoms and national resolve during the Viet Nam conflict, I was once spat upon while in uniform coming back home to So. California. And I truly go to bended knee to honor all who sincerely love this Country the way I do, in every moral principle and resolve for the truth that will set us all free if we would simply agree to it.

You are like the Washington Generals, losing every game to the Harlem Globetrotters. But you are worse, because the Generals don’t pretend they won when they lost.
The court in no way addresed the issue of the meaning of natural born citizen. They simply said they were unable to rule on the merits of Craig’s case, because he had no actionable cause and no available remedy. Interestingly the same is true in all the birther cases, since there is no remedy in the law or the Constituion for courts to remove a sitting president from office. That is delegated SOLELY to Congress and on specific enumerated grounds.
The fact is that twist all you like, the meaning of “natural born citizen” is plain to any one to see; it is someone who is a citizen from the moment of birth. It covers anyone born in the US and subject to its jurisdiction, whether of 0,1 or 2 citizens and anyone born abroad who is due citizenship by birthright under the law. Iy is different fromcitizen, since it excludes naturalized citizens. That is the plain truth and your smokescreens and self-puffery can’t hide it Leo…

Judge Carter states that he hasn’t felt any pressure from the Obama people, and I believe him - he’s a straight shooter - but the actions of some other judges were highly prejudicial and suspect.

If chairman obama was not properly certified per the 20th amendment…which he was not because no one has seen his longform BC…then the law was broken…period.
