Claim of Obama’s Kenya birth record thrown out

U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Nakazato today threw out a document that was purportedly a copy of President Barack Obama’s registration of birth in Kenya. Nakazato’s action also dismissed a request that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have the Kenyan government verify the document.
But Nakazato said the document was improperly filed, leaving the door open for it to be filed again.
Last weekend, Mission Viejo lawyer Orly Taitz filed the document, which claimed to be a registration of Obama’s birth. The filing was part of a complaint Taitz has in Santa Ana federal court - filed on behalf of Alan Keyes, Buena Park Pastor Wiley Drake and others - alleging that Obama is not U.S. born and should be removed from office.
The document, which can be seen online, was immediately called a forgery by experts. Among other things, they pointed out that the document had bore the phrase “Republic of Kenya” but was dated eight months before Kenya was established as a republic.

Why Campbell is lending himself to this is beyond me. My guess is he is just playing to his base with this show of ultra-partisanship. You have to wonder about his constituents as well. Maybe they should stop reading Orange Coast Magazine for the cosmetic surgery ads and pick up a newspaper.

Obama’s citizenship is not an illegitimate question though the foreign born dimension of it maybe. It is his Indonesian parentage that concerns me.
Unlike the nascent Kenya, Indonesia was a going concern when Obama’s mother married an Indonesian national and moved her and her bi-racial, bi- national child to the Muslim nation. The citizenship laws of Indonesia at that time should be well documented and easily obtainable. Did they allow for dual nationality?
If Obama was a citizen of Indonesia during his residency there at what point did he renounce it? I do not believe we know the facts beyond a doubt because Obama has sealed the records of his adult
life in the United States.
Why does not Obama let the public see them?

Hey, just because Rush Limbaugh says it doesn’t make it true.
There have been several estimates as to how much it has cost Obama to defend himself against dozens of lawsuits over his eligibility. Most of them are in the hundreds of thousand$. Any amount over $15 proves that Obama either belongs under psychiatric care or is trying desperately to hide something very damaging.

I might add that, during the 1960’s or, for that matter even today, it would surprise me greatly to learn that an Islamic nation, like Indonesia, would allow for the children, in the care and custody of a native born Islamic male, to have anything but the citizenship of the father.

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

Whenever the loss of United States nationality is put in issue in any action or proceeding commenced on or after September 26, 1961 under, or by virtue of, the provisions of this chapter or any other Act, the burden shall be upon the person or party claiming that such loss occurred, to establish such claim by a preponderance of the evidence.
Since his parents took him out of the country in 1967, it is not up to anyone to prove that Obama didn’t renounce his citizenship. Its up to the anti-Obama crowd to prove that he did.

The document is a hoax and probably a prank pulled on Orly and she was naive enough to fall for it. So many errors that even the serial number of the document was a dead giveaway. Obama was 47 at the time and was the 44th President of the United States. You have to wonder about the IQ level of these fanatics. You must have slept through the campaign. McCain’s birth certificate and citizenship were challenged, to the point that Congress got involved to declare him qualified as a Natural Born citizen.

It is a very valid concern to question President Obama’s birth. When John McCain was a candidate, his eligibility, based upon his birth was discussed by Congress. Why wasn’t Obama’s? The fact that he has gone to such lengths and expense to cover up all his records is bound to cause great suspicion. What is it that almost every comment, defending his birth and eligibility are filled with insults about people who are asking questions? Usually when people can only insult and demean those who disagree with them, it is because they are very insecure about their beliefs and position.

Natural Born Citizens are born on US soil to citizen parents (plural). Minor vs. Happerset (a Supreme Court ruling decided 7 years after the Fourteenth Amendment, thus differentiating between the term “citizen” and “natural born citizen”.)
Obama admits at birth his father was a British citizen and that he himself was governed by that jurisdiction.

There are five, or is it six, Supreme Court cases where Natural Born Citizen in codified. Obama does not meet even one of these.

Can’t these guys be prosecuted for filing this sort of forgery as a legitimate document in a federal court? Hopefully someone in rosy Republican Orange county will have the balls to investigate and go after these nutjobs. I’m not a Republican, but if as a member of another party I had such folks helping me I’d use drastic measures to get rid of them. These guys don’t seem to see how similar they are to the “extremist” Muslims they claim to detest. There is freedom to say and think anything you like, but filing a forged false document such as this should be taken seriously as a criminal act.
Most probably didn’t even read the ruling. She can resubmit it again, the Judge won’t allow it “at this time,” over a technicality in the form requesting the document be entered into evidence.

Since the document will NOT be returned (is that normal?), how is the attorney supposed to “properly” file the document next time?
Regardless of what you believe, now this document will never be authenticated by a reliable source (preferably the FBI, not FactCheck.Org) and will disappear forever!

I imagine that background hubbub, audible as Judge Nakazato issued his ruling, was the Usual Suspects of the Democratic Party — Carville, Emanual, Dean, etc. — wondering aloud, “How can we get the Republicans to keep feeding logs onto the fire at their feet?” The Democratic Party couldn’t be giddier at the prospect of this public spectacle playing out all the way to 2012, hung like an albatross around the GOP’s neck.

Every US citizen (even nut jobs) has the Right and Duty to protect our Constitution. Anyone, I mean ANYONE not taking every measure possible to uncover the truth is suspect as a traitor.
Our nation has gone from “We The People” to “We The Government.” Regardless of what you believe, our Declaration of Independence and Constitution are constantly under attack to restrict our rights and freedom. Never rely on the government to perform these functions as its in their best interest to undo them because these documents specifically limit their power. And for a GOOD reason.

OK, I’ll concede that “clock-cleaning” might be inaccurate.
However, remember that in Presidential elections, it’s not the popular vote that matters (as 2000 vividly showed!) — it’s the Electoral College vote. And there, in 2004 GWB carried 30 states worth 286 Electoral College votes (270 needed to win), while Kerry carried 19 states and the DC, totalling 251 E.C. votes. (for the sake of simplicity, we’ll ignore that boneheaded faithless elector from Minnesota who voted for John Edwards … twice.)
And, to the extent that coat-tails are an element of timepiece-burnishing … in 2002, GWB helped the GOP increase its Senate seats by +2 (House was unchanged), while in 2004 the GOP gained 4 Senate seats and 4 House seats — thus increasing its majorities in both houses of Congress.
Why? And why did Kerry lose, when he seemingly had so much going for him? I’d argue that one must at least consider the extent to which elements of the Democratic Party “took their eyes off the ball,” in the form of continuing to harp on the “stolen-election-of-2000″ conspiracy theory. That whole issue just dissipated much-needed energy, time, focus and attention … plus, it made those Dems look to an important slice of the electorate (the middle) like a bunch of whiney, sore-headed losers. Never mind how great it made the base feel; that’s not where elections are won or lost.
NOW … to the point of my post … we’re seeing exactly the same lesson be re-learned (or not) by the current GOP. The fixation by certain elements of the party on the “birther” issue is making the entire party, by association, look like a football player arguing with a ref about a non-call while the other team’s running back is speeding toward the goal line.
To wit: the GOP, and especially its leadership (whomever that is these days) needs to get its collective head out of its rear-end, look around for pressing issues of everyday relevance to the voters it needs to win in 2012 (and no, that’s not the hard-core base; who else are they going to vote for? George Wallace?) … and then come up with fresh thinking, credible answers and solutions that wise governance can implement to help fix national problems.
Every other peripheral distraction — like BHO’s birth certificate — that draws the party’s attention away from doing that, decreases its relevance, its appeal to voters, and its chances of regaining the White House and Congressional majorities. And no amount of on-air sputtering by Rush, Lou, Glenn, Bill or anyone else is gonna change that fact!

Think about it: a black (actually half-black, but never mind) man, with the middle of name of HUSSEIN (!!!), with virtually no legislative experience at the national (Congressional) level, and with a career hack as a running mate, beat — convincingly, in both popular and Electoral College vote — a ticket headed by an authentic War Hero, with decades of US Senate legislative experience, with a highly-photogenic spouse, AND with the most newsworthy VP running mate (an attractive woman from an exotic state) conceivable.
Given all that, to call Obama’s win a “victory” is ridiculous. It was a pasting. A wipeout. An absolute and total demolition.

Yes, I would even fight for yours and anyone else’s freedom not just my own, that is my duty as a free citizen. Without an opinion, you’re just a slave to the government. All government officials, top to bottom, want to take your freedoms from you. It’s inherent in them to do so to gain unlimited power.

Gee if Mr. Obama would just unseal all the documents that could put an end to all the questions about his birth we wouldn’t be wasting our time. In the mean time…How did he travel to Pakistan in 1981? It was not legal for a U.S. citizen to enter Pakistan at that time. Why did he go to Pakistan? Did any of you out there go to Pakistan? I would think the CIA should wonder why he went? Interesting. Why does Obama find it necessary to hide his records from the people? He promised to be transparent. Sometimes I read these blogs from the bottom up. (To read the latest, I guess.) However, this time I didn’t get far.
It seems that some folks believe, incorrectly, that this past election was a landslide in favor of Obama. This was not so.
In fact, the race between Hillary and Barack was decided about a month before the nomination in favor of Hillary. Then, without much explanation, a small committee of Democrats cut votes in half for two states and then realizing it still wasn’t enough, they blatantly stole a couple of votes form Hillary to give to Obama and guaranteed his nomination.
How do I know this? I am an Independent and a small business owner. I am usually too busy to pay attention to politics. But, perhaps by coincidence or perhaps not, as soon as the Democrats took over Congress (Two years before GWB left office.) my business began to slow down to a crawl. I found myself watching C-SPAN and both conventions.
Now to keep this short and interesting, let me just say that I was already suspicious about Obama because of the Raila Odinga thing in Kenya. I had not yet dug up the entire story on that, while I was watching the conventions.
The Natural Born Citizen thing was already resolved in my mind, after I read up on the Constitution and expert opinions on its original meaning and intent. The fact that this part of the Constitution evolved out of the Rule of Law and a book called “The Law of Nations” by Vattel, were all I needed to recognize that Obama did not meet this qualification if his father was British. Ironically, a real birth certificate proving that his father was someone else and an American Citizen at the time of Obama’s birth would actually help him. But by then, I had already read two (2) of Obama’s own books and one of those books was dedicated to his Kenya father.
Finally, my work involves high-end computers and I am quite familiar with Photoshop, as even other video and animation programs that can help you falsify just about anything. I am not prone to having faith in hearsay, or images posted on the web by biased individuals.
There was quite an education I received from reading the transcripts to O.J. Simpson’s trials. They were both available on line (Including side-bar discussions.) way back then. I have taken the time to read many of the legal documents and affidavits that have come up about Obama.
Suffice it to say that there is enough evidence by now (End of August 2009.) to show that the American people as a whole have been had.
In our zeal to debate the dozens of birth certificates that keep popping up, we are forgetting to seek the answer to a much, much important question:
Are Obama’s demonstrated lack of loyalty for America, his clear bias toward all things Islam, and his corrupt “Chicago Way” support for the biggest heist by the Federal Reserve Banks and Wall Street, not reasons enough to begin questioning where we are heading under his command?
Are bowing down to a Saudi King and getting a gold medal of achievement from his worth investigating?
Are the disarming of America’s military, combined with releasing terrorists to go back home, while putting our CIA covert ops guys on trial, related - and should we be alarmed by this?
It goes on and on! You do not need to listen to Conservative radio and television alone. There are plenty of Republicans and Democrats that have woken up. The liberals, whom I did not understand very well until reading the book “United in Hate” by Glazov, are still hopeful that he will come through for them - but, unfortunately they do not understand what a cult of personality of millions, around a psychopath, egomaniac that believes he IS the Messiah means.
These folks apparently have never read the history, life and times of the ’so-called’ prophet of Islam. The parallels are stunning.
Anyway, there’s my 2-cents worth.
