Prop. 8 supporters threaten Supreme Court recall

November 20th, 2008, 11:32 am · 3 Comments · posted by BRIAN JOSEPH, Sacramento Correspondent

Prop. 8 supporters have vowed to recall state Supreme Court justices if they overturn the gay marriage ban. There’s some talk that this could influence the justices’ decision on Prop. 8, but I don’t think it has much of an impact. This Web site has been trying to gather signatures to recall Chief Justice Ron George ever since gay marriage was legalized in California. These threats are nothing new to the justices.
