Controversial right-wing writer Jerome Corsi, author of “The Obama Nation” made national headlines this week, when he was detained (and later deported) from Kenya, moments before a press conference where he was expected to criticize Sen. Obama.
Perhaps of greater interest to OC readers is that one of Corsi’s publicists, 21-year-old Timothy Bueler, a Minuteman Project press consultant and Orange County resident, was deported from the African country with Corsi on Tuesday.
Corsi and Bueler had been in Kenya to conduct background research on the presidential candidate – including an interview with Obama’s Kenyan half-brother, according to Minuteman Project founder Jim Gilchrist.
“Their goal was to uncover some information about Sen. Obama,” Gilchrist said.
The Minuteman founder said he had initially entertained the idea of accompanying Corsi and Bueler to Kenya, where he would have investigated whether or not the African country has immigration problems.
“Do they have an immigration minister? Do they have a problem with immigration?” Gilchrist said.
Turns out, Kenyan officials did have an immigration problem, just probably not one Gilchrist would have expected - they had an immigration problem with the visiting Americans.
Just before the duo was set to address the Kenyan media, immigration officers - reportedly at gunpoint - detained them. According to the New York Times, Kenyan officials said the pair intended to promote Corsi’s book while visiting Kenya on a tourist visa that did not allow them to work.
“If Jerome Corsi and my good buddy and media consultant Tim Bueler were illegally in Kenya, they deserved to be deported. That said, they had passports, they had legal entry into Kenya,” Gilchrist said. “I think it was essentially a stifling of free speech. They also did not want them over there stirring up issues.”
There is still some free speech in America, Gilchrist said, adding that one of his main goals right now is breaking down free speech barriers at U.S. universities.
The Minuteman leader said he spoke with Bueler, who is currently in London, earlier in the day. Bueler should be back in the States by Monday, Gilchrist said.
Lawsuit filed against Barack Obama
Philip J. Berg, Esquire, an attorney, has filed suit against Sen. Barack H. Obama challenging Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as president of the United States. He announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee (DNC) filed a joint motion for protective order to stay discovery pending a decision on the motion to dismiss which was filed on Sept. 24th.
While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.”
The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Obama meets the qualifications to be president.
It is obvious Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be president of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution.
Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “vault” (original long version) birth certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.
Furthermore, and actually more important, is Obama’s certificate of citizenship that he received when he returned from Indonesia, as if it exists it would indicate that Obama was “naturalized” and also not able to be President of the United States.
The DNC has promised “we the people” an open and honest Government and has promised to uphold our United States Constitution. The DNC has so far failed their promise.
DNC Chairperson Howard Dean is being asked to resign as he has not and is not fulfilling his responsibility of seeing that a “qualified” candidate is on the ballot as the Democratic candidate for president of the United States.
Berg stated a response in opposition will be filed in the next day or so to the defendants’ motion for a protective order.
The web site obamacrimes.com now has 29.7 plus million hits. It is urging all Americans to spread the word of the website – and forward to your local newspapers and radio and TV stations.
Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.
Obama has until October 15th to present a certified birth certificate or further actions are being filed.

Tonight we talked to someone who works in the federal courts here in Chicago.
The buzz in those corridors is that federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has been leading a team of FBI investigators in 10 states working on a RICO case filed by Hillary Clinton.
Today, it was announced that ACORN is being investigated in 10 states.
That’s one heck of a coincidence.
We asked why Fitzgerald would be involved in this, because he’s the prosecutor on the Tony Rezko case and we aren’t aware of ACORN being investigated in Illinois.
We were told that Obama and ACORN were investigated in Illinois years ago, and it was a Fitzgerald case then. This means ACORN’s activities today, involving a conspiracy to commit multi-state voter fraud on Senator Obama’s behalf, are an extension of that previous ACORN case.
Our source in federal courts said, “Any crime that involves more than two people and is carried out across state lines qualifies as a corrupt organization. The fact that those “Goodwill” donations were made in Texas and received at Obama headquarters in Chicago or Washington means it qualifies for RICO.”
The “Goodwill donations” referred to above are the $228 million in undocumented, unverified campaign contributions the Obama camp has received — which the McCain campaigned filed a complaint to the FEC on this past Monday.
We’ve also heard that the Clinton campaign filed complaints to the FBI and other federal agencies over Obama’s fraud in the Iowa, Texas and other caucuses: voter intimidation, registration fraud, and other illegal activities.
The last thing we were told tonight in regards to all of this was that “the memo here is a tying together of all these various threads. That’s what you will see in the last weeks of the campaign: all things being tied together”.
It now looks like David Axelrod, Howard Dean, Donna Brazile, Obama himself, and even Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were all involved, together, in massive RICO violations, and thus federal fraud, if the DNC and party leadership knew what the Obama campaign and ACORN were up to and allowed it to proceed.
Knowledge of federal crimes being committed makes all parties accessories to those crimes — and part of the conspiracy to defraud the public.

Philip J. Berg, Esq. has filed yet another frivolous law suit in federal court because the court does not have jurisdiction on who runs for President. That is a political question. Not a court question.
Barack was born in Hawaii and his mother was an American citizen. American citizenship is required to run for President. That’s it.

Federal court do not tolerate frivolous law suits and Berg will probably be find and assessed penalties for this ridiculous law suit.

RICO cases are EXTREMELY difficult to prosecute and conspiracy charges even more difficult because the prosecution has to show each of the alleged defendants committed a violation of the statute AND knew what the other parties were doing.
That is not going to happen here…

The US does not allow tourist visa holders to work in the US; business travelers intending to do business in the US have to apply for a different visa. When the US enforce conditions of our entry visas, it’s following the law; when *other* countries try to enforce conditions of *their* entry visas, it’s stifling free speech?
