This time, it’s Hoa Van Tran, the Democratic candidate who seems to be generating more negative news every day.

It’s a shame Marc Sussman (known in Santa Ana as El Chorizo de Quezo) wasn’t available to work on Hoa’s Campaign. With his track record, Hoa would be GUARANTEED third place. Good Job on Jenny Oropeza’s race, Baboso Ojete!
