My web story on the city of Orange’s opposition to the county seeking $100 million in funding for the Musick jail expansion has posted. There’s also a box with highlights from the agreement between the city and the county on Theo Lacy.
I’m also hearing the Orange City Council will address this issue tonight in an emergency move…as will the Irvine City Council.
