The feds have filed a motion opposing Debbie Carona’s attempt to free herself from her husband’s criminal case. Debbie Carona says she needs more information from the feds so she can be extricated from the criminal indictment, which was really aimed at Sheriff Mike Carona.

In the motion filed this week, assistant U.S. Attorney Brett Sagel argues that Debbie Carona doesn’t need any more information and that she’s been “fully and fairly” apprised of the charges she faces.

“Defendants have an obvious understanding of the charges against them, and are well able to prepare for trial,” Sagel’s motion says.

The Death Penalty For Sheriff Carona and His Family

Capital Punishment! The feds have put all of their faith in those who are bent on destroying lives and dealing a death sentence to Our Sheriff, Michael Carona, and his family. During this Firestorm, those against Sheriff Carona want to assure that his “destruction”, and nothing less will equal their brand of so-called justice.

Justice does not stop because the accused has been convicted in the press or in the court of public opinion. This Firestorm has generated lots of theatre from those trying to distance themselves from Sheriff Carona, or those who seek to take advantage or personal gain from what they could not get when the playing field was level.

We must understand that the Firestorm surrounding Sheriff Carona and his family consists solely of ALLEGATIONS created by those bent on destroying him.

The only penalty for Carona and his family is self imposed by a man’s whose ego has allowed him to dismiss his loved ones. He is the firestorm and there is nothing left.

The court of public opinion and the press did not fabricate facts. They reacted to them.

The playing field will finally be level again after Carona and his unethical, mindless followers loose their death grip on OCSD.

Both Debbies and Mike are in the beginning stages of the plea process. This is old news, more than 24 hours to those inside and it is leaking out.

There will be no second leave of absence, no headlights on and no more leadership by blind loyalty. Soon we look back only in disbelief as we see how far we will have moved forward in a short period.

Those who have put all their faith in one egotistical man will be left asking what do I do now? The answer is to put the past behind you.
